WELCOME TO THE CONNECT2 online booking system! We aim to provide a service that makes booking equipment faster and easier for your productions at UniSA.

Please note you will not be able to borrow any equipment specific to your course until permissions are automatically updated on Monday of WEEK 3 of each semester.

If you require a fast-turnaround booking, then please email andrei.gostin@unisa.edu.au with details on what you are trying to book; so we can add you to the relevant access group.

Otherwise, please check with your course-co-ordinator or tutor on when you will be able to make your first booking.

Announcements

ALL NEW STUDENTS
Welcome and thank you for successfully logging on the first time! Your student credentials are now in the Connect2 system and your course permissions will be added by WEEK 3 (Monday 17th March). Please be patient until this is done; you will be able to book equipment once this is done.

CONTINUING STUDENTS
To all continuing students by WEEK 3 (Monday 17th March) you will have permissions allocated according to your course/program of study. Equipment bookings will not be possible before then EXCEPT in rare circumstances please get email approval from your tutor/course co-ordinator and forward the reply to andrei.gostin@unisa.edu.au.

LOAN ITEM LIMIT (All students)
Please Note: there is an item limit depending on your course year level, if for a specific reason you require more equipment, please contact the relevant Store Manager at least 24 hours in advance of your loan explaining your request: CTV-Production@unisa.edu.au for MAGILL, and we will consider your request on merit.

Please note that Connect2 will be closed over the holiday break, re-opening in late February 2025.

For staff resourcing in the holiday break, please email CTV-Production@unisa.edu.au with your request, and we will do our best to help you from Monday 13th January.

Policies

LOAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. I hereby certify that I am a staff/student, and am borrowing this resource for the express purposes of work/study for the University of South Australia.

2. I and my team members will take due care of the resource(s) I have loaned and return them on time in their original condition. Any equipment failure, breakages, losses or shortcomings (including dead batteries) will be reported on return of the equipment to the Production Office or at the end of the studio session.

3. I understand that if I return equipment late or in poor condition, that I may have my loan privileges suspended; any review of loan privileges will require a conversation with my Program Director or Course Co-ordinator in conjunction with the Production Office staff.

4. I understand that if equipment is lost, stolen or broken due to clear misuse, lack of care, or inattention, I may have my loan privileges suspended and may be required to cover the replacement costs, either in-part or in-full, at the discretion of UniSA:Creative staff.
